I'M JENNIFER

Entrepreneur. Strategist.

Builder. Writer. Community Creator.

For nearly two decades, I've worked alongside entrepreneurs helping turn ideas into businesses and complicated businesses into ones that actually work. I've built teams, created systems, developed marketing strategies, implemented automation, helped businesses evolve, made mistakes, changed directions, and learned more than a few lessons the hard way.

Today, I'm founder and CEO of Sweet Success Business Services, the creator of EnCOMPASS^TM, and the heart behind several other initiatives, but those are just parts of the story. What connects it all is a bigger vision for what's possible.

SUCCESS CHANGED FOR ME

There was a season when I thought success meant doing more. More clients, revenue... more responsibilities.

I became very good at carrying a lot. Until carrying a lot stopped feeling like success. It became a life I wanted to escape from.

I started asking a different question:

What kind of life am I actually trying to build?

That question changed everything, and it's why I build differently now.

I'm also a person who loves a good latte, the ocean, sea turtles, and great conversations.

I'm endlessly curious about people, what makes ideas work, why we hold ourselves back, and what finally gives us the courage to go for it.

Some of the best conversations happen around a table, not in a conference room.

I believe women need more places to be honest about ambition, money, aging, reinvention, fear, family and everything that doesn't fit neatly into in Instagram caption.

And despite spending much of my career helping people make plans... I'm becoming increasingly comfortable with not knowing exactly where every road leads.

Sometimes you build the next thing by simply being willing to take the next step.
